I’m a philosophical practitioner mostly focused on workshops with teams in cooperations and organizations. As an effect of these workshops, you may expect increased sense of trust in the team as well as enhanced skills of communication.
Plus, I’d like to think that it is a fun way to spend a day so it could be used for the sole purpose of playing with thinking in a community of inquiry. I usually use a bit of props and make it playful as means of establishing a safe room where you should feel free to try out new ideas.
The workshops and/or lectures can be half day, full day or several days and I sometimes work with together with others in my network (both academics and practitioners) so we can accommodate larger groups and more specific requests regarding expert areas.
